This is an exciting and unique Business Development opportunity in a dynamic, rapidly expanding New Media company based in South Manchester. Due to ongoing success and expansion, we are seeking an ambitious, confident and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive forward our sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and proactively finding new sales opportunities.
Your role will be focused on lead generation via sales calls, direct marketing and promotional activities. You will manage existing sales leads and identify potential new clients for our web development, maintenance and website promotion services. This will require initiative, creativity and excellent communication skills to meet your sales targets.
There is real potential for career progression, as you will become more involved in the company's sales strategy and go on to build and manage a Business Development team.
You will be a self-starter looking for the opportunity to prove yourself in a challenging and rewarding environment. No technical or product knowledge is required, as you will be given full training and support. However, a good understanding of the Internet and common office software is essential.
